HOW TO GUIDE - BLUE CARD APPLICATIONS

STEP 1: Hold a Blue Card

This is a Government process that links you to our organisation formally. It also uses identity documents to verify who you are.

You will get a free/volunteer card - therefore we will ‘link’ you to our organisation.

OPTION 1 : APPLYING FOR A NEW BLUE CARD

  1. **Register Online https://my.bluecard.qld.gov.au/login. (Otherwise the longer user info of the portal is **here )

  2. Inform us of your online account number (OAN) (they email it to you) and your date of birth by emailing [email protected]

  1. We will link your OAN with the organisation and you will be then able to complete the registration process for the free volunteer card

In some circumstances you may need to visit a Transport and Main Roads Customer Service Centre (TMR) - for example if you need a new photo for your ID.

The Kessels Road location may be convenient to you - it is located between CPE and Westfield Mt Gravatt
