Hall Setup Thank you for loving our Church by helping us be ready!
We’ve got cleaners in once a week only, therefore especially consumables, emptying extra rubbish & keeping setups in place is part of us caring for our Church!
We have many activities during the week - Life groups, Youth Group, Band Practice, YF, BSF & more. Let’s work together to keep our shared space ready for service on Sunday morning. You may need to communicate to reconfirm that ‘you should leave that out as Youth or YF may be using it’ or ‘It looks like it is set up for Sunday Morning’.

Chairs in correct layout: Otherwise we may not have enough chairs!
Random items packed away: Cardboard removed, rubbish on floors by chairs etc.
Toilets in good condition/stocked up: Towels/Toilet rolls stocked / Bins have space in them.
Rubbish Bins emptied: Food waste, half full bins mean they should please be refreshed.
Clean/wash items if you see them: Table cloths having a wash and being returned for Sunday helps a lot.
