One of the best things about being a Christian is that we are never on our own and being a part of someone’s story is definitely not an exception.
There will be a 4 key areas we’ll be focussing on in church this year to help support you.
We’re going to have our love for Jesus deepened through our teaching series this year, as we take time to behold the wonderful gospel story anew from God’s Word in Term 1 (1 Peter) and Term 2 (the second half of Matthew).
In our life groups, we’re going to take time to stop and reflect on people who have been a part of our story, as we share personal testimonies with one another. This will remind us of God’s powerful work in us, through ordinary people, and that we can do the same for others.
We’re going to have three of our missionary partners flying back home this year (”M” in March, Sam and Shan-Shan Chrisp in July and Steve Manders in August) to spend time with us and share stories of God’s saving work to the nations. This will expand our vision to see what God is doing not only in our backyards, but all around the world.
