3 Steps to booking
1) Enquire to availability, share the day, time & scope of the event
- Hall in use most weekends majority of the time due to events, practices, Ministry events
- Weekdays best opportunity, but there are also groups throughout the week
2) Reflect on who will be invited that is a key holder, is able to do the AV, and able to help clean up/reset after.
3) Complete Form / See conditions of use

Key Points from Hall Hire Agreement
- Insurance & Liability: Our church insurance does not cover events involving alcohol or high-risk activities. The event organizer is fully responsible and liable for any incidents, damages, or injuries that occur during their booking.
- Organizer Responsibilities: The person booking the hall must ensure all conditions of use are met, including supervision of attendees, cleanup, and securing the building afterward.
- Prohibited Activities: No alcohol permitted. Events must align with church values and not pose risk to people or property.
- Damage & Repairs: Any damage to facilities, equipment, or property must be reported immediately and will be the financial responsibility of the organizer.
- Security & Access: Only approved key holders may access the building. All doors must be locked and secured at the end of the event.

4) Ensure hall is left perfect
The detail is in the Hall hire template , but some of the key features are:
- Do not change any sound or stage settings without music team’s prior permission. Often sound levels for Sunday are set in advance etc.
- Ensure all rubbish emptied - please take this with you unless it is less than half a wheelie bin worth. This is because we generate a lot of rubbish throughout the week and it wont fit otherwise.
- Top up amenities,
- Paper towels right to the top,
- Toilet Paper
- Paper cups for water
- Ensure all lights, aircons are off
